Bluett.com Update Finally Live

I have finally managed to set up the database and webserver so that bluett.com can have news, forums and comments.  Other improvements should come later.  I am sending the site "live", making it visible to visitors.

I have added news, comments and forums to paler.com using software from OpenACS.org
